Hegely Klaus
Hegely Klaus completed her MA at the University of Tartu in the field of literature and theatre studies. Her main research areas are Estonian working-class literature and the literature of revolution. She has been working as head of collections at the Under and Tuglas Literature Centre of the Estonian Academy of Sciences since 2019 and as the head of the museum department since 2022. Her areas of responsibility are the literary and cultural historical collections of the Literature Centre, including a part of the biographical legacy of the Tuglasʼs, Marie Under and Artur Adson, the Paul Reets cultural collection, and the art collection of the Estonian Cultural Foundation of the USA. Besides the archival work she organizes and carries out excursions, educational programs, and other events.
